Meghan Van Dina L.Ac.,founder of North Nassau Acupuncture LLC, graduated first in her class from New York College of Health Professions with a Masters in Science. She is a licensed acupuncturist, a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, and a Board Certified Herbalist. She also finished first in her major from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelors Degree as a Psychology major and fulfilling all pre-med requirements.
She currently treats patients at her practice in Great Neck and Syosset, NY. Meghan Van Dina L.Ac. is trained in both TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) as well as Japanese acupuncture. In addition she is trained and skilled in herbal medicine, Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), moxa (a warming technique), gua sha (a myofacial form of release), cupping, electric stimulation, nutritional counseling, and sho ni shin (a pediatric technique). She has special certifications in Pediatric care, Psychology in TCM , Facial Rejuvenation, and Gynecology.
