Stop Drowning in Your Grief and Anxiety.
Learn How to Stay Connected and Make Relationships Last.
My job is to get you back to living and enjoying life and relationships. When you come to me, I will do four things.
1. I will assess your relationship pattern of relating.
2. I will explore strategies you are currently using.
3. I will help identify those strategies that don't work and identify new ones that work better.
4. I will help you implement the new techniques until you successfully use them in your relationship.
You must find a therapist with whom you are comfortable. I don't want to waste your time and money. If you are tired of your old pattern of living, want to change, are willing to do some hard work to change, together, we can reach your goal. If you are serious about changing your life, give me a call, and you may ask me for a free consultation.
