Stop Drowning in Your Grief and Anxiety.
Learn How to Stay Connected and Make Relationships Last.
My work is to get you back to living and enjoying life and relationships. When you come to see me I will do four things. First, I will do an assessment to find out where the problems in relationship comes from. Second, I will explore with you, strategies you are currently using. Third, I will help identify those strategies that don't work and then identify new ones that you want to practice using. Lastly, I will help you implement and troubleshoot problem in implementing your new strategies.

I don't want to waste your time and money. If you are tired of how your life is, want a change, willing to do some hard work mentally and emotionally, and willing to invest in yourself, together, we can reach your goal. You really need to find the right therapist, one who you feel comfortable with. If you are serious about changing your life, give me a call and you may ask me for a free consultation.
I love my work as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I've been providing counseling services for over 14 years. It is rewarding to see the transformation of lives and hear how the new insights and skills have learned improved their relationship. For those who have been drowning in their grief and anxiety, they are able to get back into the workforce and find meaning in life again. Over many years of working in the nonprofit sector, I started my own practice in 2005. Besides working in my private practice, I am also a Clinical Supervisor for interns who are working toward their license, at CHAA (Community Health for Asian Americans, formerly Asian Pacific Psychological Services) in Oakland.
