Bio
I can help if you have a child with behavioral or emotional problems. I can also help you if you are an adult suffering with anxiety, depression, or problems with your relationships. Once we share an understanding of the problem/diagnosis, I use supportive evidence based cognitive behavioral therapy tailored to your expressed needs. With children, I always fully involve the parents in treatment. With couples, I provide effective and exciting sessions that improve relationships by improving communication.
We offer COGMED Working Memory Training. This is a cutting edge computer program that helps people with attention or memory problems. Clinically-proven results have included improvements in academic achievement, and better ability to concentrate, control impulsive behavior and utilize complex reasoning skills.
I strongly advocate for children's educational rights and psychological needs. I also have a dog friendly office and specialize in pet bereavement.
