Our problems with our friends lovers families and workmates, frequently reflect our struggles with our selves.
Feeling stuck, lost chronically angry or unhappy, can result from conflicts and feeling states inside us that we are unaware of. Also, unresolved issues from the past, can result in chronic emotional disruption and pattens of thinking feeling and perceiving that work against us
I provide the kind of focused listening and safe, relaxed environment that allows each individual I work with to develop a self awareness and self acceptance that lead internal and external changes.
I do insight oriented psychotherapy combined with EMDR, and other techniques that are geared toward faster resolution of old issues, and paving the way toward making change.

I have always been interested in people and what is going on inside them.
I became a social worker and a psychotherapist, as my way of making the world a better and happier place.
I was trained in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy and have taught and supervised within this discipline for many years
It always struck me as important to find ways to improve this basic technique. So I've explored other psycho-theraputic and psycho-physical disciplines to add to this technique and make it a stronger and even more effective agent of change.
I find working with people and facilitating their process to be exciting and satisfying.
