Bio
I have specialized training and experience providing outpatient treatment to those struggling with an eating disorder. Sustained recovery requires careful planning, and a team approach. I work with you and a team we can create together, which may include a dietician, physician, and psychiatrist.
Living a life of recovery is a courageous journey, one that we can expect to not be perfect. Recovery goes beyond reducing behaviors that are putting you at risk and perpetuating the cycle of the eating disorder - it includes exploration and recognition of your own needs and values while learning how to effectively honor those needs in a healthy way. It is about finding more balance and peace within, and the ability to meet challenges with healthy coping skills.
