We are conviently located next to 24-Hour Fitness in Ladera Ranch in the two story medical building at 600 Corporate Drive. We are available Monday- Saturday from 8-6 and 9-11 on Saturday. We also have licensed massage therapy available Monday-Saturday.

Dr. MacAdam has been in private practice since 1990, in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach -- serving families with newborns to professional athletes to the elderly. In late 2006, he opened a second practice in Ladera Ranch, which is where he and his family live.
Beginning in January 2008, he now solely provides excellent chiropractic care in Ladera Ranch. Located conveniently next to 24-Hour Fitness on the first floor in the Corporate Building, he loves serving his home community. His clinic offers state-of-the-art chiropractic care, as well as convenient licensed massage therapy (both Swedish and deep tissue).
Dr. MacAdam is passionate about serving adults and children alike, and also about educating his patients about their total health, including proper exercises and nutrition. He is a recommended doctor by USA Swimming and is committed to being a part of the community by giving back and supporting many great organizations.
