Help Your Body to Heal
Sterling Physical Therapy and Acupupuncture
I am a licensed acupuncturist, physical therapist and nutritionist. The office incorporates eastern and western philosophy. We use whole food nutrition to feed the body. "We find one of the greatest tragedies of civilization is the use of poisons to treat nutritional deficiencies."
We have state of the art equipment. We try to accommodate the patient's with scheduling appointments.
We listen to our patients and try and help them to help to help themselves improve their quality of life.

I have been in private practice for physical therapy since 1990 and acupuncture since 2002. My practice is in Teaneck and I have state of the art equipment. We work on patient s who are in pain. Who need posture and gait corrections. We use Graston technique, kinesio taping and Japanese style acupuncture and trigger pont release.
Nutrition, you can't heal your body without full food. We believe health is a verb not a noun. Every bite you take is either an act of nuriskment or an act of assisted suicide.
