Welcome! Life challenges, stress, and adverse experiences negatively impact our ability to function as well as our quality of life. It takes courage and hard work to make the necessary changes to achieve and maintain happiness. My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that will facilitate the healing process. I work with children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based skills and techniques that can be applied to all areas of life.

Bio
I graduated Teachers College , Columbia University in 1999 with an EdM and MA in Counseling Psychology/Psychology. I worked in a variety of settings, among them partial hospital/IOP, inpatient as well as outpatient settings where I met many great people who have taught me as much as I have taught them. During my early years at Columbia University I worked with at -risk populations who were HIV positive and battling mental illness and drug addiction. My focus on caring for and supporting my clients are the foremost important attributes I feel privileged to provide in my practice. I utilize evidence based interventions to maximize therapeutic gains for my clients, all in a safe and comfortable nurturing environment.
