I have been counseling individuals, couples, and families for eighteen years. I specialize in anger management, addiction, eating disorders, sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, Bi-polar disorder, ADD-ADHD, Codependency, women's issues. I use an Object Relations approach to therapy but, am also skilled in Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I offer my clients the option of using Sandtray as an intervention in looking at the unconscious as well as processing events in their lives. I feel privileged to be able to facilitate healing and exploration of my client's goals in being fulfilled and connected to their daily lives.
