Are you seeking change, are you in crisis, does your life seem to be falling apart? I can help you ease the suffering or crisis that exists. I work through issues by understanding Relationship: relationship to the self, with your family, with your love relationships, relationship with friends and colleagues, and how to sustain these relationships. Another major life and soul issue is finding your purpose, and creating a vision of the future, which are the keynotes to happiness. I am informed by a number of theoretical traditions and techniques for change, i.e. positive psychology, psychoanalysis, transpersonal psychology (inner child archetype work), cognitive/behavioral psychology, psychosynthesis, and soul psychology (the Science of the Soul). Whatever the tradition, however, loving relationship is the focal point of the work.

In the past couple of decades people have seen me for “the full spectrum of issues.” My specialties include: Relationship Therapy (Couples), Trauma Therapy (EMDR), Loss & Bereavement, Spirituality Counseling, and Coaching. Everyone has the same needs, to feel seen and understood and to feel capable of loving and being loved. I aspire to support my clients through this relationship of healing and growth.
