My goal is to help you as quickly as possible and most people are able to make some quick improvements. I help you identify your core positives and strengths in order to make better use of these qualities. Such core characteristics are all too often overlooked and underappreciated.

Most of my patients look forward to their sessions.
Here is an example of a common problem and an attempt at a solution:
Many people are their own worst enemy. When evaluating themselves, they are far too harsh in terms of self-criticism. When I ask them if they would be that critical of their friends, most will say that they would not be. As this is discussed, most people will ease up on themselves and will gradually feel happier.

I am available by teletherapy, nationwide and otherwise available in NYC.
