Bio

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who pride myself on being able to work with a wide range of individuals and their situations. I recieved my Master's Degree in Counseling at Chicago State University; coupled with fourteen years of experience has led me to be successful in helping children, teens, adults, and families to relieve the pain and conflict in their lives and move toward a happy and healthier life. My approach is strengths-based; however my treatment style is to work as a team conquering small steps of change. Having practiced in the private and public sectors I feel the therapeutic relationship is essential and must be built upon mutual respect, a level of comfort and trust.

I believe we all possess the capacity to change, yet we often struggle with making difficult decisions that would allow that change to occur.
