Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Anxiety and Mood Disorders
Are you at the end of your rope? Do you have a conflicted relationship? Are you in crisis? The good news is there is hope and help is available. In a safe and supportive environment. I will collaborate with you to help you envision possibilites, access inner strengths and find solutions to your problem, troubled relationship or crisis. With collaboration, trust, and an individualized plan I will help you to heal, find meaning in your life, feel satisfied and have more rewarding relationships.
Do you experience debilitating depression and anxiety/fear? Anxiety/Depression affects you socially, your relationships, ability to work and general well being. My therapeutic approach Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has proven effective in helping clients live a productive and satisfying life by challenging and changing maladaptive thinking and behaviors. Please contact me for your free in-office anxiety/depression screen.
Trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) I work with individuals and couples with a wide variety of issues and concerns including depression and anxiety disorders. The primary focus of my practice is anxiety and mood disorders, with an emphasis on anxiety disorders (phobias, panic disorder, OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, and social anxiety).

Bio
Born in Stuttgart, Germany but raised in the United States I grew up in Upstate New York but have lived in Boston MA and Philadelphia PA. In 1997 I moved to Orlando. After 18 years as a sales/marketing executive and a near death experience I decided to change careers to become a psychotherapist. I love my work and consider it a privilege to be able to help my clients.
I have been married nearly 25 years and have a daughter in college. I enjoy different activities but at heart I am a bookworm. I enjoy traveling especially in Europe where I still have family.
