I have a diverse clientele with many different needs. I offer telecommunication as well as a few in office hours. Telecommunication tends to be the best fit for most due to the flexibility and convenience. I listen until it's time to offer feedback. I hold each client in unconditional regard and support for their happiness. When their happiness involves change, the client decides if they are ready to change. I support them with various techniques. such as cognitive behavioral, reflective listening, and guided imagery relaxation.
Education/Training
Bachelors and Masters from University of North Texas, Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, ClinicalHypnotherapist. Some study at SMU.
Bio
My experience is diversified. I have helped many clients reach their goals and go on to lead happy, productive lives. I have helped many couples learn new communication skills and live together happily. I have listened to those who grieve and helped them through the pain of loss. Some have learned coping skills to stay in recovery from addictions. I have studied many clinicians including Jung, Pia Mellody, Hendricks, Hightower, Erickson, Rogers, and many others. My occupations and interests have included musician, financial planner, sports, acting, and opera. I feel being a therapist suits me well, and I feel truly blessed to have found such a wonderful occupation. I enjoy helping others find victory over their struggles. I love my work and look forward to everyday and every client.
