Trauma educator and Narm informed, my approach is to help individuals connect to their true calling and help people find self reliance and revitalization. Core Energetics is a body/mind therapy modality developed by John Perriakos M.D. Clients experience a sense of becoming more alive and integrate better into the world and society.

4 Year Practitioner Training at the Core Energetics Institute in New York 5th Year Post Graduate Certification on the theme of implicit body reactions and how this keeps us locked in our behaviour habits. Holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Madison, Wisconsin.

Certified by the Core Energetics Institute of New York through their 4 year certification program and their 1 year graduate certification program. In private practice since 2010 . Cynthia is sincerely committed toward helping her clients reach their goals and has an empathetic and challenging approach to self development.
