My name is Dr. Dillon Hayes and I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with a private practice located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.

My aim is to help you cultivate mindfulness, insight and a desire for personal growth in all areas of your life. The goal is not to simply reduce feelings of stress, anxiety and depression, but to help you thrive in your personal and professional endeavors.

As a medical doctor specializing in psychiatry, I have training in both medication management and talk therapy. I specialize in treating clients dealing with depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, addictions, difficulties with low self-esteem, and issues concerning stress, burnout and performance optimization in the workplace.

Bio
Dr. Dillon Hayes earned his B.S. from Cornell University and began his career working in finance. He then transitioned into medicine, earning his M.D. from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University and completing his postgraduate training at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine St. Luke’s-Roosevelt adult psychiatry residency program. In addition to his private practice, he previously worked as an attending physician in the psychiatric emergency service at NYC Health & Hospitals/Lincoln and as a staff psychiatrist at both Lenox Hill Hospital and Fordham University.
