He earned his Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) and has extensive experience providing psychotherapy and psychological assessments across schools, hospitals, and private practice settings. Dr. Siegel specializes in treating anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
