Relationship conflict? Has trust been broken? Are you considering ending your relationship? Do you feel that your partner is no longer the person you fell in love with? Are you both caught in a vicious cycle repeating the same negative interactions over and over and over. Let me help you heal your relationship and move forward. Let me help you find answers to the questions you have about your relationship. Let me help you increase respect, trust, friendship, passion and intimacy with your partner.
Did you know that techniques used 15 years ago (and sadly by some therapists today) have actually been shown in research to be more likely to split couples apart than unite them??? When you make the decision to spend your time and money on counseling, you want it to work!!!
That's why I use approaches by Dr. Gottman and Sue Johnson created from over 20 years of research with real couples. It allows me to provide counseling in a way than most couples find refreshingly different and more interactive than they imagined.

Elise is extremely interested in the interconnection among mind, body and spirit and promotes WELLNESS in all of these areas in her counseling of clients, with the long term goal of generating a positive cycle in their lives. Her style of counseling is warm and empathic, yet direct – combining cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and reality based interventions all directed at assisting her clients in individual growth and development of self-empowerement. As Elise explains, “Growth occurs when my expertise in this field intersects with my client’s expertise of their own life. I find true joy in helping my clients find their GREATNESS and HAPPINESS and in continuing to guide them as they build on that foundation! I strongly believe that happiness is what we make it.”
