Emily is a graduate of the west coast college of massage therapy. Before becoming an RMT, she worked as a sous chef and a veterinary assistant but always wanted to pursue a career focused on helping others.

Emily’s aspiration is to work with her patients to achieve a greater and lasting sense of well being based on their health care goals both through treatment and education.

Emily was fortunate to gain experience at Canuck place children’s hospice, at UBC treating varsity athletes and at GF strong and George Pearson treating patients with traumatic spinal cord injury, ms, als and cerebral palsy.

She also had the privilege of treating on the maternity ward at Royal Columbian hospital which solidified her passion for working with pre and post natal patients.

Emily incorporates a variety of modalities in her treatments including swedish massage, active and passive stretching, myofascial release, rood techniques and joint mobilizations.

When not practicing massage therapy, Emily is with her unruly rescue parrots, out on a long distance run or in her kitchen experimenting with new ingredients.
