Flourish Therapy was born from our desire to help others grow their communication abilities through a more client-focused approach to therapy. Coming from school-based settings, we longed for the opportunity to provide more individualized attention and focus on what really matters.
The mission of our practice is to provide highly effective and engaging therapy services targeted toward each individual child. We believe therapy should be fun, motivating, and confidence boosting! In every session, we maximize your time by utilizing your child's strengths to efficiently target his or her needs.
We also know that teamwork is an essential component of success. We aim to empower all the important members of your child's life by equipping them with the knowledge and resources to take an active role in meeting therapy goals.

Bio
Stephanie earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Clarion University. Since graduation, she has gained more than 9 years experience working as a speech-language pathologist in a local public school, providing therapy to students from grades K-12. She has supervised numerous graduate clinicians from Penn State and Clarion University. She enjoys researching new techniques to engage her clients and make therapy more effective.
Following in her sister's footsteps, Kaylee also earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from Clarion University. She began her career in Early Intervention, providing therapy services in home, preschool and daycare settings in the Murrysville, Delmont and surrounding areas of Westmoreland County. Remaining in the Murrysville area, which she grew to love, Kaylee spent the next four years as a speech-language pathologist in the public school setting. Kaylee is also a certified WISDOM Coach who loves helping kids develop power and positivity from within!
