Are you feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck? Or feeling sad or unsatisfied in your life or relationships? Finding the right person to talk to about life’s difficulties can also be challenging. I have a passion for helping people achieve more fulfillment and balance in their lives. I use empathy and insight to help address each person’s unique individual needs, and to help them make more intuitive and authentic choices. I can help others discover and unlock negative thoughts and patterns of the past, allowing them to focus on the present, feel more fulfilled, and achieve goals for the future.

Please call me for more information or to set up an appointment. I offer a free phone consultation, and a complimentary 20-minute face-to-face consultation.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and am licensed in California (MFC # 47036). I have a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Richmond. I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2005.

My approach is integrative, combining cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and other traditional psychotherapy modalities with mind-body techniques such as relaxation, breathing, and mindfulness exercises. I believe that this blended perspective offers a holistic view of the individual to help achieve growth and insight in all areas of life.
