Marriage Counseling in Cedar Park, TX
Thank you for considering me as your guide in seeking the life you have always dreamed of living. Often, you know something is not right, but you just can't seem to fix it. Sometimes it feels like your whole life has gone up in smoke.

The challenge is to distinguish the cycles and dead ends our logical minds keep telling us should work, from our authentic self, our true self and balancing our lives from this center.

What's left? Where will I go from here? Should I keep trying?

All the "what ifs?" keep piling up inside.

If you need help sorting it all out, I can help.

My work centers on being with people, beyond just listening. Tuning in to the true meaning behind the words, connecting to your authentic self, and taping into that inner knowing that resides in all of us. Together we can decipher your thoughts, tune out the negativity and surpass the chaos.

We can find a way forward.
Education/Training
I completed my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2006 from Abilene Christian University and feel blessed to have worked with couples for over a decade. I look forward to working with you to Reboot Your Marriage.
Bio
Recognizing the need for couples counseling can be a difficult decision. I appreciate the opportunity to help you or someone close to you.

My goal with every couple I see is to get you communicating and interacting in a different way. I've been working with couples since 2005 and specialize in marital therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Couples therapy, insight from Dr. John Gottman and the Gottman Institute and Hold Me Tight emotionally focused couples therapy from Dr. Sue Johnson. My counseling is insightful, systems based and often challenging.

Couples who work well with me are committed to the process of therapy, as well as to their marriages, and to change. My approach is supportive, calm and respectful. I am honored to be allowed to be a part of your marital journey and will guide you towards points of change. It is up to you to make the changes that will impact your marriage and your lives.
