Affordable Quality Counseling
My intent in a counseling session is to show up as my whole self, and make space for you to show up as your whole self.

I believe that people have an innate ability to heal, and I know that the keys to balance and well being exist inside of you.

My work as a therapist is to use the tools and skills that I have learned and those that are inherent in me, to unblock the barriers on your path to health and wholeness. It is my hope, that I may aid you in calling home the lost and wounded parts of yourself and integrate that back into the complete and amazing you.

I maintain a commitment to anti-oppression in my practice and my personal life. I hold in my awareness the realities of privilege and oppression and work continuously to seek new information in service of liberation.

I abide by the code of ethics of both the State of Washington and the American Counseling Association.
Education/Training
I am a graduate of the Leadership Institute Of
Seattle (LIOS) where I am attained my masters in systems counseling. I
obtained my BA from The Evergreen State College (TESC), emphasizing in,
art therapy and human developmental theory. I am a certified doula.
Before beginning my work at LIOS, I co-founded and worked at a
non-profit direct service street outreach program working to address the
emergency needs of the self-described street population. I also
participated, via Evergreen, the GATEWAYS program for incarcerated
youth. As a certified doula, I have volunteered with teens and homeless
women and I have been certified by A Safe Passage to support women
