Grief Therapy & Narcissistic Abuse Recovery in Louisiana
Compassionate Care for Life's Most Difficult Transitions
Have you experienced the loss of someone you love, the end of a relationship shaped by narcissistic abuse, or are you caring for someone who is nearing the end of life? When grief, loss, or end-of-life concerns enter our lives, it can be difficult to find space to process what we're experiencing.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide virtual therapy for adults 18 and over throughout Louisiana. My practice focuses on supporting individuals navigating grief in its many forms, including experiences that can leave us feeling especially uncertain, overwhelmed, or isolated.
I believe grief isn't something you "move on" from. Instead, therapy can help you move forward while carrying the loss with you, finding ways to honor what you've experienced while creating space for healing, growth, and a meaningful life. Whether you're grieving the death of someone you love, the end of a relationship, the loss of a sense of safety, or the person you believed someone was, your grief is valid.
Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying so much. You don't have to navigate it alone. I'm here to offer compassionate support as you process your experiences, heal from what you've been through, and begin creating a life that feels like your own again.

Bio
I am an LCSW who is passionate about helping people navigate life’s most difficult transitions. My practice focuses on grief and loss, bereavement, end-of-life concerns, and the emotional impact of narcissistic and emotionally abusive relationships.
My path has been shaped by both education and lived experience. I was raised by a parent with Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and later spent 12 years married to someone with a similar diagnosis. Leaving and learning to be healthy and happy was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I decided to go back to school, and become a therapist so I can help other people like me. After losing my mom I realized how poorly we allow people to process grief in our society and became a Certified Grief Informed Professional.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of New Orleans and my Master of Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans. I hold doula certification through the International End-of-Life Doula Association in addition to being a certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner. I am currently working towards my Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC) credential.
