Having spent 16 years working in the sex industry, I am passionate about creating safe, affirming, welcoming spaces in support of the mental health and well-being of sex workers and the people who love them.
So many of us have come to believe as a result of internalized messages from family, social expectations, and the systems that we live in that certain parts of us are unwelcome and must be hidden, compartmentalized, or pushed into the shadows. I am dedicated to providing a space where every single part of you is welcome. Every part belongs. With over twenty years in the field of mind-body healing, I bring an integrative approach tailored to the needs and goals of each individual client.
I integrate various approaches and frameworks including Attachment Theory, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Parts Work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My goal is for you to cultivate the self-understanding, insights, tools and resources to bring into your daily life so that you can achieve that change that you’re longing for and live the life that you are here to live.
My specialties include attachment work, relationships with self and others, complex trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and Life Purpose work. I am a licensed therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Certified Co-Active Coach, UCLA-trained Mindfulness Facilitator, and Certified Yoga Instructor. |
