I believe we are defined by the diversity of our experiences, relationships, and identities. My role as a therapist is to create a safe space without judgment where the diversity of your experiences can be explored with compassion. The work we do together is collaborative and centered on your personal growth, needs, and desires. The goal is to help you explore your past, thoughts, and emotions to understand yourself and live a more full and satisfying life.

My approach is relational psychotherapy with training in CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing. Majority of my experience comes from working with minority communities such as LGBTQ, immigrant and migrant communities, and refugees. I have worked in traditional settings and refugee camps with youth, women, and families.

Any issue you are going through does not have to be done alone. Reach out and we can start the next step of your experience together.
Education/Training
I received my BA from the University of California, San Diego, my MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, and trained in Psychotherapy at the Institute for the Psychoanalytic Study of Subjectivity.
