Our main base is in Southgate Road, London N1 3JS which is just a 5 minute bus ride from Old Street or 15 minutes from Bank, 8 minutes walk from Haggerston (London Overground) and 20 minutes walk from Angel.

Hypnotherapy helps you to use your own natural ability to access your subconscious mind to safely bring about the changes you require in your conscious mind i.e. your everyday life.

Hypnotherapy is a professional partnership between the hypnotherapist and the client. Consequently, it is completely safe as the client remains in control and cannot be hypnotised unless they agree to it. By definition clinical hypnotherapists act in a therapeutic and professional manner and are very different from stage hypnotists.

Bio

I am formerly a Director of an international shipping company and spent almost twenty years in that industry. I had a very life-consuming job which I enjoyed immensely for many years, however I did have a growing yearning that there must be more to life. I left shipbroking in 2002, sold my house, put my possessions in storage and then spent the next few years travelling the world extensively, picking up several rucksacks full of “life experience”.

Complementary or holistic therapies had been an occasional interest of mine for many years during my shipping career, however it was only during my travelling time (as I actually made time for me) that I was able to experience and investigate some of them in more depth.

Upon my return to the UK, a series of synchronistic events lead me to pursue a future in the holistic health arena which had rapidly become a passion rather than a hobby. Now I am in the very fortunate position of saying that I do what I love and I love what I do, and am also very privileged that I get to meet many amazing people during the course of that.

As well as having a bunch of qualifications in the Complementary Health field, I also run the UK side of a Charitable organisation called the "ARK Foundation" which is dedicated to improving the quality of life and education of the young people and the elderly of Nkhata Bay in Malawi.
