Clinical Approaches
Trauma Incident Reduction (TIR): Aiming to reduce the emotional intensity of past traumas, TIR provides clarity and peace for those in need.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Helps unravel negative thought spirals and reconstruct them into patterns of positivity and strength.
Motivational Interviewing: Provides a motivational map for clients, assisting them in navigating the terrain of personal transformation.
Solution-Focused Therapy: Emphasizes building solutions rather than focusing on problems, promoting positive change and resilience.
Attachment and Trauma: Addresses the impact of attachment issues and trauma on mental health and relationships.
Starting with a Consultation
Your therapy journey begins when you’re matched with a licensed therapist. After being matched, your therapist will reach out to schedule a free consultation to understand your needs, emotional challenges, and goals. This consultation helps both you and your therapist determine if the fit is right before moving forward with therapy.
Personalized Therapist Matching
We carefully match you with a therapist based on your unique situation, needs, and preferences. Your therapist will consider factors such as their expertise and therapeutic approach to ensure a good match. After the consultation, if you feel comfortable, you can proceed to schedule your therapy sessions.
Beginning Your Therapy
Once you decide to move forward, your therapy sessions will begin. These sessions are a space for you to explore, understand, and grow. Your therapist will guide you through tailored techniques, exercises, and coping strategies, all designed to help you uncover insights, handle challenges, and build resilience. You and your therapist will work together in a collaborative, supportive process as you move through your healing journey.
