The techniques I offer in my sessions are a combination of: Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Massage Shiatsu Massage (Compressions and stretching based on Meridians) Reiki - Energy Healing Cranial Sacral Therapy Trigger Point aka Neuromuscular Massage Sports (quick clothed strokes with stretching) and Injury Massage Russian Sports Massage with focus on Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology Hydrotherapy (will be offered soon) Hydrostone Therapy (will be offered soon as well) Chair massage is also available
