I am in private practice specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression and relationship difficulties. I see individuals, couples, and families. My approach to counseling and psychotherapy is highly integrative, using strategies from many different models of treatment in a manner that best fits the needs and the goals of the person.

I received my BA in Psychology from UC Berkeley in 1968, an M.A. in Psychology from California State University at Northridge, CA in 1972. I began an internship with the TERRAP anxiety program in 1979 and received a license as a Marriage & Family Therapist in 1983. In 1998 I earned my doctorate in Psychology at American Behavioral Institute in Orange County, CA. In 2001 I earned my Certificate as a specialist in Health Psychology from ABI.
