I'm now practicing out of two locations! You can find me at; The Karuna Shala A beautiful studio in Glen Ridge NJ on Sat.'s, Mon.'s and Tue.'s All other days I am scheduling out of a lovely studio in Westfield NJ. located in the Therapeutic Massage. I like to provide a focused massage. Relaxing as well as therapeutic~ I do specific work integrating different types of massage techniques, such as hot stones, trigger point, stretching….each massage depends on what's going on with you. The body, spirit, mind and nervous system are one and the same. I respect that and try to be present and mindful of each individuals unique needs on any given day.
