Do you feel overwhelmed? Stuck? Are you struggling with unresolved past pain? Change is possible. I can help. You can overcome traumas and wounding and make the changes you want. I can help you express your feelings and thoughts so you develop greater awareness of your self, choices you make, patterns holdings you back, and strengths you are not fully accessing. Talking to someone new can be difficult. Especially when you have experienced early or repeated trauma, have trouble feeling safe or knowing how or whom to trust. You have the right to seek a therapist who is a good fit.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience. I incorporate aspects of psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapy into my approach. My career focus has been on treating trauma and its aftermath. I am also EMDR trained. Areas of expertise: Survivors of childhood abuse, Trauma, Eating disorders, Post traumatic stress, Dissociative disorders, Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender issues, Relationship issues, Self-injury, Adult children/partners of alcoholics
