I specialize in treating people with adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, school/job stress, grief/loss issues, and physical/sexual abuse. Treatment is based upon each client's individual needs, and incorporates a mixture of cognitive-behavioral therapy and psycho-dynamic approaches . Therapy is a time for self care and restoration of balance. My practice offers a relaxed and confidential setting.
