Most of my clients come to maintain body heath, to keep their muscles relaxed from stress and ever y day living. whether it be from repetitive motion type of muscle pain. I also help clients relax by targeting the areas they hold their stress and through breathing techniques. I get great satisfaction when my clients tell me they feel much better afterwards.
