I am passionate about what I do because I genuinely want to help others become free of their pain and I have found very effective ways to do this! I use highly effective treatments such as EMDR & Emotional Freedom Technique to resolve past traumas & eliminate negative beliefs that diminish your quality of life. Also, I use research-evidenced cognitive behavior therapy & other solution focused therapies chosen specifically for a client and their particular needs. Since I am also a Dietitian, remember to ask for a free nutrition/lifestyle assessment after your initial visit.
