We are each unique and precious expressions of something vast and perfect - of True Nature. Our lives unfold naturally as this expression when we are able to see through our "conditioned self" and connect with what is most real in us. To see through our "conditioned self", we need to develop the capacity to discriminate between what is deeply true for us and what we've taken to be the truth through our conditioning. We need to learn to be there for ourselves with openness, curiosity, strength, and kindness as we do this challenging work. It is a tremendous support to have a seasoned professional that you can trust to gently yet firmly support and guide you in this work.

Bio:

I have a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and am licensed as an independent practitioner of clinical social work (LICSW) in Washington. I have worked for over 30 years as a therapist .My focus has been on supporting women in their journeys toward self-awareness, understanding, and self-acceptance. The spiritual path has been central in my life. I am a long time meditator, and have, for the past 15 years, been a student of the Diamond Approach®, a spiritual development school that uses modern and ancient methods from the East and West to help students access their True Nature. My spiritual work has helped me connect with and honor that which is most real in me and to connect as well with what is true in others. I deeply value personal growth and have led an "examined life"- as a woman, a daughter, a mother, and a friend. I bring understanding, acceptance, respect and compassion for my own process to my work with others . I have a deep desire to be of service to other women seeking to know and express their truth in the world.
