I have over twenty years of experience helping individuals and couples resolve emotional pain and get on the path to healthier, happier lives. I over a safe, peaceful atmosphere where you can explore issues that prevent you from achieving your goals. My practice combines cognitive, behavioral therapy with EMDR.. These unexpected life events bring a variety of challenges to both our personal and professional life causing concerns that can overwhelm us.
