Individual therapy for all ages, family, and couples therapy - Biblical Counseling for any circumstance you are going through. Mary specializes in couples counseling, especially dealing with infidelity. Mary is also trained in Level 1 of EMDR, which is an effective means of helping those who have experienced some type of stressful event. Family Therapy works well with teenagers who are experiencing difficulties at home; it allows for communication between the generations.
Even if you are not looking for Biblical counseling, you will find Mary is able to share God's love no matter what circumstance you are going through.

Mary has over 16 years of counseling experience. She graduated from Regent University with a Master's in Community Counseling in 1999. Since then, she has worked with children who have been abused, worked as a foster care case worker, and as an In-Home Counselor working with youth who are at risk of being removed from their homes. Mary has worked with youth who have ADHD / ADD, depression symptoms, and who have self-mutilating behaviors.
Mary has worked in private practice for years and in the public sector under state agencies. She has also worked as a contract employee for the US Navy working with military personnel and their families.
Mary has been married for more than 20 years and has two children. Her husband served in the US Navy for more than 13 years. They are from Virginia and moved to NY five years ago.
While in Virginia, she was a Licensed Professional Counselor (since 2005) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therpaist (since 2007). |
