I provide individual, couple, and family therapies for children, adults and seniors. My approach is client-centered and flexible. I believe everyone has a self-strength to achieve their best when they have enough support in their environment and situations. I support my clients to achieve their goals and healthier lifestyles, so they can feel better about who they really are.

Education

I graduated from an art university in Japan, B.A in Fine art. After immigrated to the US, I obtained B.A in Psychology and M.A in Marriage and Family Therapy/Art Therapy. The trainings I had are: Anger management, Domestic violence, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and currently working on Alcohol and Drug Addiction.

Bio:

I was born and raised in Japan and immigrated to the US 12 years ago. I am fluent in Japanese and English. Because of my personal experiences and training, I am familiar with cross-cultural issues.
