I help people deal with the emotional pain experienced during, and after a loss. I work side-by-side with my clients, giving them a safe place to heal and grow. What's causing you to grieve? Many people require support, and assistance in coping with life's many twists and turns. Friends and family may not always have the patience, or understanding to help. Allow me to work with you and assist you through your pain. Whether it's a death, divorce, or other type of loss, you do not have to suffer in silence. Phone sessions are also available. Call Me. Whether we decide on Traditional Therapy, or Hypnotherapy, you will be free to express your feelings and concerns, and heal in a non-judgmental and safe environment. I also have a strong Premarital and Couple's Counseling Program with evening and weekend hours.

I found myself giving advice to countless women and couples. Today, I use the experience of being happily married for over 34 years and my advanced training in psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to help you through your painful experiences, manage your emotions, and regain control of your life. **I Specialize in Mother/Daughter and Other Emotional Relationship Issues. Having over 6 years experience, as a high school counselor, helping teens manage stress, depression, and losses of all kind, I know how to assist them in their thinking and beliefs about their family.
