Practice Information

Mind-Body Psychotherapy & 5th Dimensional Energy Healing offers you something unique and different from many other types of therapy. The process is holistic, taking into account all aspects of a person, and works in-depth to resolve issues to completion. Using mindfulness, or present moment awareness, and inclusion of the body, we access multiple levels of consciousness, to gain important information to help you solve problems, make new empowered choices, get clarity about your purpose, and create a more peaceful and meaningful life. I believe true healing is possible. I work with 5th dimensional Light energy—the highest available Light on Earth at this time. I work with children, adolescents, adults and couples (see current Couples Workshops) in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Appointments are generally available Monday through Thursday, with some evening hours possible. Telephone Appointments are available for those who live outside of the Twin Cities.

Education

Masters & Doctorate in Clinical Psychology Trained in Hakomi Body-Centered Psychotherapy In-depth training & experience in mind-body-soul practices including Meditation & Energy Healing

Bio:

I have been practicing psychotherapy for 23 years. My education includes Masters and Doctoral degrees from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, a certificate in Professional Skills in the Hakomi Method, and in-depth training and experience in mind-body-soul practices, including meditation & energy healing. I have also had training and experience in family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches, which I integrate into my work. I believe my gift is to help people reach the deepest truth of who they are and live from their inner Light.
