Practice Information

I offer therapeutic massage for pain and stress management, an eclectic blend of modalities that includes Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu, Swedish Massage and Reiki. If you prefer one particular modality over another, I can do that. 17 years of practice has given me a very good intuitive sense with clients. I base the choice of modality on the needs and preferences of the client. I also offer Reconnective Healing which is off the body energy work. My audio CD, Guided Massage for Everyone, gives step by step instructions to enable the non-professional to massage family and friends. If you'd like other options for stress management and healing, I am also a Certified HypnoCounselor. Hypnosis is a heightened state of focused awareness that gently and effectively interrupts and replaces behavior patterns so you can easily make the changes that lead to new possibilities and behaviors. Hypnosis facilitates change in the following areas: weight loss, smoking cessation, pain management, stress management, insomnia, relationships, creativity, sports performance, confidence, public speaking and more. Bio:

Susan Lembo has been Nationally Certified in Massage since 1994. She offers an eclectic blend of Swedish, Shiatsu and Deep Tissue Massage. Also available: Reiki and Reconnective Healing. Susan is also a Certified HypnoCounselor, Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. She specializes in individual and group sessions for weight loss, stress management, pain management, and smoking cessation. Susan hosted and produced the weekly radio program Healthy Lifestyles on WDVR-FM in Sergeantsville, NJ from 1996 until 2005. She wrote and produced the audio CD Guided Massage for Everyone, released by SpiritKeeper Productions and she teaches massage classes for couples in group and individual formats.
