Should your goal be relaxation, a therapeutic Swedish massage with long, slow strokes will relax and lengthen muscles, increase circulation and soothe and quiet a frazzled nervous system. If you have specific areas where tension resides and muscles are sore and contracted, a therapeutic deep tissue massage will provide a more focused massage, using deeper strokes designed to address your problem areas. Myofascial massage uses slow, concentrated stokes to address the connective tissue of the body, releasing long held restrictions and areas of chronic tension. Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing technique that works with universal life force to balance your energy, enhance relaxation and supports your bodies ability to heal
