Practice Information
Most likely you are in your 30s or 40s, you have many things going well in your life, and you have tried so much before to help yourself. However, you still have memories and feelings from your past that haunt you every day. Honestly, most people you know don't "get" how trauma can still have such a strangle hold on your life. I understand how exhausting it can be keeping the feelings stuffed below the surface, feeling so alone and disconnected from others, and feeling exhausted from all the anxiety and depression.

I understand how you have tried managing the pain through drugs, food, sex, or work. I also know about the cost to your health, happiness, and dreams by doing things that just don't have a lasting effect.

By working with me, you can practice self-compassion, mindfulness, and do deep self-reflection. From this, you can feel a greater acceptance and understanding about the events in your life and move towards healing, empowerment, and growth. Through our work together, you can move towards trusting your inner voice and feeling confident about expressing your needs and desires. Let's work together to help you discover a life filled with understanding, authenticity, and connection to healthy relationships.

Contact me for a free 20 minute consultation to find out how I can help you identify the next steps in healing.

About Me

I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. My passion is working with people healing from trauma. I believe that you are always on a path towards growth and self-realization, and therapy can be a place for guidance, clarity, and empowerment. I am an engaged and compassionate therapist who creates a comfortable place to share thoughts that may feel shameful or insignificant. I also believe that therapy can be fun, exciting, and freeing.

I hold a safe place for you even when you feel you cannot trust others and often place your deepest desires last. My passion is to help you dissolve the stories that you learned about yourself and the world, which stop you from having the confidence and self-worth that you know you deserve to feel.

Most importantly, I believe that therapy is a place to enhance your personal strengths and grow your capacity to feel happiness, contentment, and personal meaning.
