BABCP Accredited CBT therapist: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. CBT UKCP Registered Psychotherapist. Existential Therapy CMRP Trained Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy MBCT / Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction MBSR. I am currently employed by the NHS to provide CBT but do provide some CBT sessions privately. Contact me for more info by email. I am a specialist in MBCT and mindfulness based approaches to well being: having trained in mindfulness over 24 years ago. I am curtrently furthering research in this area. I trained in philosophical approaches to psychotherapy: a contemporary approach to analysis at Regents College under Professor Ernesto Spinelli.
