"It's never too late to be the person you wish to be." I am a firm believer of this, and I can help you become the person you wish to be. Together we can work to improve your problem situations and circumstances. You will learn useful tools and techniques to alleviate or possibly eliminate your stressful problems. You will learn healthier thinking and coping skills. My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your emotional needs and overcome barriers that keep you from being the person you wish you were. I take an open-minded approach to the well-being of the individuals I work with by considering factors such as work life, family traditions, cultural beliefs, spirituality, and sexual identity of the individuals I serve. I offer counseling sessions for individuals (teens and adults), as well as couples counseling (regardless of marital status or sexuality).
