My goal as your therapist is to help you honor your spirit and to help you remove obstacles from giving and receiving love and experiencing joy in life. For those seeking marriage counseling, couples therapy and relationship help I will assist you in identifying mutual goals, values and a vision of your ideal relationship. This vision can help you stay focused as you move forward together into the kind of connection that supports and nurtures each other. I also work with individuals and listen deeply. An integrative healer and therapist, I help people tune into their own intuition and discover simple self-healing strategies which can increase peacxe and a sense of well-being. Some of the issues I have helped people address: Spirituality, co-dependency, problematic patterns in relationships, gaining perspectives on family of origin issues, grief and loss, step-parenting, coping with loss, self-esteem, and self-awareness.

I have a bachelor's degree from UCO (1983) and a Master's from the University of Oklahoma (1986). I am a certified anger management professional.

Bio:

I am trained in Reiki and Healing Touch and offer the relaxing Amethyst Biomat: Far infrared light (the warmth of the sun without harmful UV rays ), healing amethyst crystals,and negative ions provide the potential for quantum healing. I am the founder of the oldest and longest running abuse and trauma support community on the web (since 1995). An ordained minister, my practice is a healing ministry for mind, body, spirit and relationships.
