Are you struggling to balance different roles in your life? Feeling stuck or lost? Are you ready to make a change? If so, I am hoping to hear from you. While I work with a variety of different clients and issues, I specialize in working with young adults and individuals in transition. I am not the type of therapist who will sit quietly and nod - I have a very interactive and conversational style, which I've found works well for many and helps put my clients at ease. Perhaps you just graduated from college, started a new job, recently got married or became a mom. All very happy and positive things, but life changes that can also be very stressful. A therapist can be very helpful in supporting you and helping to redefine yourself during these times of shifting identity. I am an open and empathetic psychologist and love to work with clients who are ready to make changes in their lives. I provide a warm, compassionate and safe environment in which to explore and grow.
