Lizee specializes in couple and relationship therapy, with a focus on marginalized
identities (LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergence, disabled or chronically ill). She works with partners, families, teens, and adult individuals across North Carolina and Virginia. Common client issues include sexual problems, chronic and terminal illness, family of origin, grief and loss, regular or existential anxiety, depression, perfectionism, burnout, and concerns related to personal & professional identity.
In her clinical work, Lizee believes everything makes sense in context, and relationships are the best form of healing. Therapy with her looks like having a "translator" to identify stuck patterns, unpack what lurks underneath, and build deep, lasting connections.
Lizee is supervised by Melissa Callahan, LMFT, AAMFT Approved Supervisor.
