Military Personnel
Journey Counseling Services
Helping People Achieve Their Personal Objectives

My desire is to assist the military personnel struggling with depression, trauma, PTSD, anger management issues, anxiety and/or panic disorders, grief and loss, transition coaching, relationship issues, substance abuse, stress management and acclimating to new career and work issues.
The transition back into civilian life often involves conflict with friends, coworkers and family members. Many soldiers return stateside with significant anger issues which can lead to particularly difficult intimate relationships with a spouse/significant other(s).
I appreciate the service that you have performed for our country. In my own way I would like to give back. If I can be your sounding board, or help you find your way back to the person you want to be for yourself and your loved ones, call me and let’s talk.
My services are free of charge to veterans of any age. Any therapy with family, significant others, etc.. will be at significantly reduced rates.
